Neil began his fencing career at Long Fence in the Washington, D.C. area in 1998, where he learned the trade from the ground up. After moving to Texas, he spent over two decades growing and leading high-volume residential operations, gaining a reputation for expert project management, team leadership, and delivering quality work at scale.
He’s the kind of guy who can eyeball a grade shift from across the yard, and he still picks up the phone when past customers call years later just to ask a question or will sit down to jam with the one guy who also has more guitars on the wall than kids.
🧱 West Virginia Roots, Texas Grit
While Trinity was born here in Texas, Neil’s roots go back to Northern Virginia and the hills of West Virginia, where porch culture runs deep, cornhole is practically a competitive sport (shoutout to Uncle Rick), and people still believe in shaking hands on a deal. That small-town work ethic shows up in every project we take on – from the first estimate to the final cleanup.
